Entry is only open to NSW residents who are 18 years and over.

Any professional, semi-professional or former professional rugby/football player is not eligible to enter the Promotion. A professional, semi-professional or former professional rugby/football player is defined as:

• Any player for any form of National Football League (NFL), Football, Soccer, Australian Football League (AFL), Rugby Union, Rugby League or other football format;
• Has received, or been entitled to receive, more than AUD$10,000 in payment or reward (including match fees, sponsorship fees, cash, goods or services) for playing any form of NFL, Football, Soccer, AFL, Rugby Union, Rugby League or other football format;
• Has been a member of, or played on, any international NFL, Football, Soccer, AFL, Rugby Union, Rugby League or other football team; and
• Has been an international or professional coach for any NFL, Football, Soccer, AFL, Rugby Union, Rugby League or other football team. 

To enter the Promotion, the entrant must, during the Promotional Period, visit https://www.suttonschulloragwm.com.au/kick-for-cash, follow the prompts on the Promotion entry page; and fully complete and submit the online entry form with their personal details (first name, last name, email address and mobile number).

Optional Step: ‘Like’ the promotional post on Suttons Motors Chullora Facebook and/or Instagram pages and ‘follow’ the respective pages (located at https://www.facebook.com/suttonschullora/ and https://www.instagram.com/suttons.chullora/). For the sake of clarity, ‘likes’ and ‘follows’ will not gain the entrant any bonus entries into this Promotion.  

Draw:

• The draw will take place at Hive Marketing Group Pty Ltd, Suite 309, 20 Dale St, Brookvale, NSW, 2100 at 2:00 pm AEST on 22/07/26 using computerised random selection.
• The first four (4) valid entries drawn will have the opportunity to participate in the Game for a chance to win the Major Prize (each a ‘Player’). Each winner will also receive 2 x adult general admission tickets to the West Harbour Rugby vs Randwick Rugby match at Concord Oval on 25/07/26 (the ‘Event’), valued at AUD$20 per ticket.
• An additional Entrant (1) in attendance at the match / crowd will be selected randomly by the Promoter to have the opportunity to participate in the Game for a chance to win the Major Prize.
• The draw conductor may draw additional reserve entries in case an invalid entry or entrant is drawn. 
• If a draw is scheduled on the weekend or a public holiday, the draw will be conducted at the same time and location on the following business day. The Promoter will ensure each draw is open for public scrutiny and anyone may witness the draw on request. The winner of a drawn prize is determined by chance.

Ticket Prize Conditions:

• This prize is for or relates to the Event (defined above). If the winner is unwilling or unable to attend at the designated time for the Event, they forfeit the prize and the Promoter is not obliged to substitute the prize.
• The Event ticket prizes are subject to the Event venue and ticket terms and conditions, including any applicable age restrictions. The Promoter and event organisers hereby expressly reserve the right to eject any winner for any inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to intoxication, whilst participating in any element of the prize.
• All costs associated with travel to and from the Event will be the responsibility of the winner for the prize.

• Each Player must be at the Event location prior to the Event start time (3:05pm AEST). The Game will take place during the Event at 3:45pm AEST (at half time). Each Player will be invited onto the field to then participate in the Game. Players will take turns participating in the Game with the first drawn entrant to be called out first and so on. Each Player will be given the option to kick from a tee OR their hands (i.e. they drop the ball from their hands to kick the ball). Each Player will have the opportunity, before their turn starts, to reposition the angle of the ball on a tee from the kicking station (if they are kicking from a tee). If a Player decides to kick the ball from their hands, the Player must kick the ball while the ball is in the air. If the ball falls on the ground and the Player fails to kick the ball, it will be deemed an unscuccessful kick and the Player can no longer attempt to kick the ball again. 
• No warmup kicks or attempts will be permitted. The Player will be allowed a maximum of one (1) attempt. The result of the attempt alone will determine the prize awarded to the Player. 
• If the Player kicks the Rugby Union ball (“Ball”) into the Target that the Promoter has set up prior to the Kick (“Target”), then their kick will be deemed a “Successful Kick”. 
• For a kick to be deemed a ‘Successful Kick’, the following must apply:
  • The Ball must be kicked by the Player from the kicking station or their hands and not moved closer or further from the target.
  • The Player must not be allowed to have any practice kicks or touch the Ball before instructed.
  • The Ball must be kicked from the Player’s foot and into the Target. For the avoidance of doubt, if the Ball bounces off the ground before entering the Target, it will not be deemed a Successful Kick.
• Each Player’s performance in the Game will be reviewed by an independent scrutineer, and the Major Prize will only be awarded when/if there is no reasonable doubt that their kick in the Game amounts to a Successful Kick in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
• Each Player’s participation in the Game will be recorded by the Promoter and/or its third-party providers in one continuous, unbroken video recording (clearly showing the kick being taken and the trajectory of the Ball).
• In order to be deemed a Successful Kick, the video footage recorded by the Promoter and/or its third-party providers must show unequivocal evidence that the kick was achieved and deemed a Successful Kick.

Outcomes of a ‘Succesful Kick’:

• If the Player has successfully kicked the Ball into / through the Target (subject to the Successful Kick requirements outlined above), they will then win AUD$5,000 cash (‘Major Prize’).
• If the Player does not successfully kick the Ball into / through the Target but the Ball makes contact with any area of the physical Target (the Minor Prize area), the Player will win AUD$250 cash (‘Minor Prize’).
• If the Player does not successfully kick the Ball into / through the Target AND does not make contact with the Target entirely/at any point, the Player will win a AUD$100 cash (‘Consolation Prize’) for participating.

Prizes will be paid by direct deposit to the winner's nominated Australian bank account in their name. The winner must provide their Australian bank account details to the Promoter in order for the prize to be awarded. 

Prizes must be claimed by 23/07/26 at 12:00 pm AEST. In the event of an unclaimed prize, the prize will be redrawn on 23/07/26 at 01:00 pm AEST at Hive Marketing Group Pty Ltd, Suite 309, 20 Dale St, Brookvale, NSW, 2100, Australia. The winner(s) of the redraw will be notified by email or phone on the same day as the redraw.

If there are no prize winner/s or winner/s for this Promotion cannot be found, this information will be published at the Event.
